About the Role:

We are looking for a
motivated and creative Marketing Trainee
to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn the fundamentals of marketing and contribute to campaigns that strengthen our brand presence. You will gain hands-on experience in marketing strategy, content creation, digital campaigns, and brand management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the
    planning and execution of marketing campaigns
    (digital, social media, and print).
  • Conduct
    market research
    to identify trends, competitors, and customer insights.
  • Support in
    content creation
    for social media, website, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with design, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Help manage the company's
    social media accounts
    and monitor engagement metrics.
  • Assist in
    organizing events
    , photo shoots, or brand activations.
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Business Administration, Communication
    , or a related field.
  • Strong interest in marketing, branding, and digital media.
  • Basic understanding of
    social media platforms
    (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Excellent
    communication and writing skills
    .
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office
    ; familiarity with design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
  • Creative, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
