We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive significant brand growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing impactful digital marketing campaigns, mentoring teams, and leveraging data to achieve business objectives. This is a key leadership role for a professional ready to take full ownership of our digital brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Planning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of all digital campaigns across various channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content.
  • Mentor and manage junior marketing team members and interns, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

2. Performance & Channel Ownership

  • Take full ownership of our key digital channels, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
  • Oversee all paid media campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), managing budgets, and optimizing for conversion.
  • Drive organic growth through advanced SEO strategies, content marketing, and community engagement.

3. Advanced Analytics & Insights

  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to measure campaign performance and track key metrics (KPIs).
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
  • Present detailed reports on campaign effectiveness and business impact to senior leadership.

4. Innovation & Technology

  • Identify, evaluate, and implement new marketing technologies, including advanced AI and automation tools.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Champion the use of data-driven insights to inform all marketing decisions.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SEO, SEM, paid advertising, content strategy, and social media management.
  • Proficiency with modern marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Must be based in or willing to work onsite in Faisalabad.
