Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, handling employee engagement programs, supporting training initiatives, and ensuring workplace compliance. The role requires effective collaboration across teams to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition strategies
  • Strong expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives
  • Knowledge of workplace compliance, labor laws, and HR policies
  • Experience in performance management, training, and leadership development programs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools; familiarity with remote workforce dynamics is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred
  • 3+ years of HR management experience; prior experience in the digital or marketing industry is an advantage
