We are seeking a creative, energetic, and highly motivated Junior Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team in the healthcare technology sector. The ideal candidate is a passionate self-starter with a foundational understanding of the digital marketing landscape. You will support our marketing initiatives across various channels, with a special focus on SEO/link building and creating compelling digital designs.

This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to blend their marketing skills with industry-specific knowledge.
Candidates with a background or strong familiarity with medical billing and the U.S. healthcare system will be given strong preference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of our digital marketing strategy, targeting healthcare professionals and organizations.
  • Create engaging visual assets (graphics, infographics, social media visuals) that communicate complex healthcare topics in a simple, compelling way.
  • Execute link-building strategies by connecting with healthcare publications, industry blogs, and professional organizations.
  • Translate topics related to medical billing, revenue cycle management, and healthcare administration into clear, engaging content for our audience.
  • Support on-page and technical SEO efforts, including keyword research relevant to the medical industry.
  • Help manage and maintain our social media profiles, ensuring content is professional, informative, and engaging for a healthcare audience.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing role or a related internship.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your digital design skills (e.g., social media graphics, web banners).
  • Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Canva.
  • Demonstrable experience or understanding of SEO principles and link-building techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • A proactive attitude, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Highly Desirable:
    Professional experience or strong familiarity with the U.S. healthcare system, particularly in medical billing, coding, or revenue cycle management (RCM).
  • Experience marketing to a B2B audience, especially within the healthcare sector.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices (e.g., HIPAA marketing guidelines) is a plus.
