This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in accounting and a passion for building systems that work. You'll be both a client-facing leader and an internal operations builder—owning end-to-end accounting services while developing standard operating procedures, best practices, and scalable workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Process DevelopmentDevelop and implement accounting processes, SOPs, and best practices to support scalability and consistency across teams.Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery.Client Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for assigned clients—building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored financial solutions.Ensure clear communication and high satisfaction levels through professional, proactive engagement.Core Accounting & Financial ReportingManage core accounting functions including bookkeeping, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close.Prepare and present detailed financial reports using tools such as QuickBooks, Business Central, and Sage.Audit and ComplianceSupport internal and external audit processes, ensuring all financial activities comply with relevant standards and regulations.Maintain audit-ready documentation and reporting accuracy.Team Collaboration and OversightWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial deliverables and process changes.Mentor junior staff and assist with onboarding, training, and quality control.Technology & Software ProficiencyLeverage MS Excel for advanced data analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling.Use MS Outlook and other tools to manage schedules, documentation, and internal coordination.Remote Work & AccountabilityThrive in a remote work environment with high levels of self-motivation, accountability, and communication.Ensure availability for virtual team meetings and client calls in a professional setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120, Rs150,000.00 per month
