We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Executive (Upwork Bidder) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities through Upwork. Key Responsibilities:

  • Upwork Bidding:
  • Create and submit compelling proposals on Upwork to attract potential clients.
  • Research and identify relevant projects that align with our services.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and present tailored solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Identify new opportunities for business growth.
  • Target Achievement:
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.
