We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Executive (Upwork Bidder) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities through Upwork. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to kickstart their career in business development and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upwork Bidding:
  • Create and submit compelling proposals on Upwork to attract potential clients.
  • Research and identify relevant projects that align with our services.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and present tailored solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Identify new opportunities for business growth.
  • Target Achievement:
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Upwork and how the platform works.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
