About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Incharge to oversee and manage all aspects of physical security across our premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and assets while maintaining a secure and compliant environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of security staff

  • Monitor surveillance systems and access control points

  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments

  • Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies

  • Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services

  • Train and evaluate security personnel on protocols and procedures

  • Maintain detailed reports of incidents, inspections, and patrols

Requirements

  • 5+ years Proven experience in a similar role (preferably ex-military or law enforcement)

  • Strong leadership and crisis management skills

  • Familiarity with modern security systems and technologies

  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

  • Physically fit and mentally alert

Qualifications

  • Minimum: Intermediate or Bachelor's degree

  • Certifications in security management or safety protocols are a plus
