Junior Architect

We are looking for an Architect who is a people's person to join and blend in with our dedicated team of Building Control Department.
The role involves providing technical advice and designing Residential and commercial units of the clients. This is challenging position with a lot to learn and deliver.
You will be required to deal directly with the clients, addressing their queries regarding possession, construction and approvals, while ensuring compliance with building regulations.
Handle client inquiries and respond as per Company policy.
Provide architectural and technical guidance in line with bylaws.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
Maintain records of client meetings and follow-ups.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
Relevant experince will be preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for the position.
Knowledge of building regulations and construction processes will be a plus.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Design Softwares and MS Office will be a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50, Rs60,000.00 per month
