Position Overview:

We are hiring Territory Sales Managers for our Detergent Division. The ideal candidates will have strong FMCG sales experience, with proven expertise in managing detergent or household cleaning products. Candidates should possess established relationships with distributors and retailers in their respective regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales, distribution, and visibility targets for detergent products.
  • Build and manage distributor/retail network in the assigned territory.
  • Ensure effective in-market execution of promotions and trade marketing plans.
  • Supervise field sales teams and merchandisers to maximize coverage.
  • Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
  • Report sales performance and forecasts to Regional Sales Manager.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of FMCG Sales experience, preferably in detergent / household cleaning category.
  • Strong knowledge of local market dynamics (Lahore, Multan, Bahawalpur, Sheikhupura).
  • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred).
