We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Manager with a strong background in US GAAP accounting, US taxation, and end-to-end accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in managing complex accounting processes, leading teams, and ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, and Xero is highly preferred.

This role requires a proactive professional who can manage multiple client accounts, guide team members, and work comfortably in a fast-paced night shift environment aligned with US business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end accounting cycle including journal entries, reconciliations, month-end and year-end closings.
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP standards and internal accounting policies.
  • Review and finalize financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Oversee US taxation processes including federal, state, and local tax filings.
  • Manage and supervise a team of accountants — ensure accuracy, timeliness, and professional development.
  • Handle payroll accounting and coordinate with HR/payroll teams to ensure accurate salary processing and tax compliance.
  • Identify and resolve complex accounting and reconciliation issues.
  • Collaborate with auditors and external consultants during audits and financial reviews.
  • Work extensively with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, and Xero.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and continuous process improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
  • Experience: 11+ years of experience in accounting and financial management, with at least 5 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, US taxation laws, and accounting principles.
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, and Xero.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and team management abilities.
  • Willingness to work night shifts (US time zones).
  • Ability to handle complex accounting situations and provide practical, compliant solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs250, Rs320,000.00 per month
