Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate at our location in Karachi Central District. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting eyewear that meets their vision and style preferences, providing expert advice on products, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Additional duties include maintaining product displays, handling sales transactions, and staying updated on eyewear trends and product knowledge to offer informed recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Customer service and interpersonal communication skills to assist and engage with customers effectively.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies, product promotion, and experience in achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to handle transactions, operate point-of-sale systems, and manage accurate record keeping.
  • Basic understanding of eyewear products, vision solutions, and ongoing willingness to learn about advancements in the field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills for maintaining store operations and inventory.
  • High level of professionalism and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Previous experience in retail, optical, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Educational background: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications or training in sales or optical services are preferred but not required.
