Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our online presence, boost brand visibility, and manage multi-channel engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling skills, a deep understanding of social media trends, and hands-on experience in content creation and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, and other platforms.
  • Create, schedule, and publish high-quality posts, stories, and videos daily across platforms.
  • Plan and run paid social media campaigns to boost reach, visibility, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support marketing campaigns, events, and brand initiatives.
  • Repurpose long-form content (blogs, podcasts, videos) into engaging short-form assets like reels, carousels, YouTube Shorts, and graphics.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize ROI-driven digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Manage email marketing, automation, and CRM-based marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with social media tools, analytics, and advertising platforms.
  • Excellent content creation, writing, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Strong understanding of current digital trends and social media algorithms.
  • Immediate availability will be a strong plus.
