We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Brand Manager to lead the lifecycle of our mobile games from production to publishing and marketing. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge and proven expertise in game production, user acquisition, monetization strategies, and brand publishing.Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end game lifecycle, from concept, production, soft launch, to global publishing.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure game quality, performance, and timely delivery.
  • Design and implement effective user acquisition strategies across multiple channels (organic and paid).
  • Develop and optimize monetization models (IAP, ads, subscriptions) to maximize revenue.
  • Define and execute brand positioning, marketing campaigns, and go-to-market strategies for new and existing titles.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and player insights to guide product and marketing decisions.
  • Manage relationships with app stores, publishers, ad networks, and external partners.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between creative, product, and marketing goals.
  • Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements for ongoing titles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Game Development, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in the game development industry (mobile gaming preferred).
  • Proven track record in game publishing, marketing, and user acquisition campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of monetization models, F2P mechanics, and mobile gaming ecosystems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools
  • Creative thinker with the ability to balance business objectives with player engagement.
