Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager Maintenance Mechanical located in Karāchi. The role involves overseeing the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment, developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules, and managing day-to-day maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency. The Deputy Manager will also lead a team of technicians, provide supervision, and contribute to the development of maintenance strategies and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Maintenance Management, Preventive Maintenance, and Equipment Maintenance
  • Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues
  • Proven Supervisory Skills to effectively lead and manage a maintenance team
  • Sound knowledge of mechanical systems and their optimization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple maintenance tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in the textile industry woven processing units.
