Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment and systems, including but not limited to production machinery, conveyors, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems also included burners heat exchanger units, & dust collector units.

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.

Diagnose mechanical problems using technical manuals, diagnostic tools, and troubleshooting techniques.

Repair or replace defective components and parts to restore mechanical systems to proper operation.

Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements while performing mechanical work.

Ensure compliance with mechanical codes, standards, and regulation

Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.

Document equipment changes, repairs, and modifications for reference purposes.

Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and departments to ensure coordinated efforts and efficient operations.

Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of new machinery and mechanical systems.

Recommend improvements to enhance the reliability, efficiency, and performance of mechanical systems.

Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements in mechanical maintenance and repair.

Requirements and skills:

Proven experience as a Mechanical Technician or similar role, with specific knowledge of burners, heat exchanger units, and dust collector units preferred.

Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.

Knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and components.

Ability to read mechanical drawings, diagrams, and technical manuals.

Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards for mechanical systems.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
