HIRING: SALES EXECUTIVE – HR SERVICES
Ortak Consultangs is looking for a Sales Executive – HR Services to represent the company at professional forums and build strong corporate connections.
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Karachi (Field Role)
Key Responsibilities:
Represent the organization at HR forums, networking events, and industry seminars.
Develop and maintain relationships with HR professionals and business leaders.
Promote HR solutions such as Talent Acquisition, Outsourcing and Training Services.
Identify potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business with majors in HR or Marketing.
3–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales and client relationship management.
Strong professional network and established industry connections.
Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
Proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable with client visits and travel.
