Position Summary:

Responsible for operating plant equipment and machinery, ensuring smooth production, quality output, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain assigned plant equipment.
  • Perform routine inspections and report abnormalities.
  • Assist in plant start-up, shutdown, and emergency handling.
  • Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness in the work area.
  • Record operational data in logs and communicate issues to supervisors.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Technical diploma or vocational training in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Operations.
  • 2–4 years' experience in industrial plant operations.
  • Ability to read and interpret gauges, meters, and technical instructions.
  • Physically fit for manual tasks and shift work.

Job Type: Full-time
