No Name is hiring a Senior Flutter Developer to join our outsourced development team. In this role, you will work closely with an international partner team on a next-generation habit & relationship tracking app.

This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a foreign product team, contribute to the core Flutter development, and gain exposure to global best practices in mobile app development.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the foreign product team to develop and maintain Flutter-based mobile applications (iOS & Android).
  • Assist in implementing key features such as habit tracking, reminders, progress charts, and secure data handling.
  • Integrate APIs, authentication, push notifications, and backend services.
  • Debug, optimize, and ensure smooth performance across devices.
  • Act as a bridge between the local dev team and the international partner team, ensuring smooth communication and delivery.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Flutter (Dart) and mobile app development.
  • Strong knowledge of state management (Riverpod, Provider, or BLoC).
  • Experience with REST APIs, Firebase, authentication, and push notifications.
  • Strong debugging and optimization skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills (English proficiency required).
  • Prior experience working with remote/foreign teams is a big plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with habit-tracking or productivity apps.
  • Familiarity with agile workflows and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Understanding of secure app architecture and data privacy.
