Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Identity Governance Engineer with over 6 years of expertise in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise identity and access management solutions. The role involves configuring and customizing OIG components, developing connectors and workflows, integrating with enterprise systems, and ensuring secure, compliant user lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and maintain Oracle Identity Governance solutions.
  • Develop and customize connectors, workflows, and event handlers.
  • Integrate OIG with enterprise applications for automated provisioning/de-provisioning.
  • Implement and manage role-based access control (RBAC) and access policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high system performance.
  • Support security audits, compliance, and process documentation.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Governance (OIM/OIG).
  • Strong skills in Java, SQL, and scripting (Shell/Python).
  • Deep understanding of IAM concepts, SSO, LDAP, and security protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
