Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, review, and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for building projects
  • Manage and supervise MEP installations and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants during all project phases
  • Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems
  • Prepare technical reports, BOQs, and documentation as required

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in MEP design and supervision (minimum [3] years preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, HVAC, fire protection, power distribution, and plumbing systems
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP software
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills
