We are seeking a talented and experienced BIM (Building Information Modeling) professional with expertise in Civil and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works to join our team at Seegapak.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop BIM models for Civil and MEP systems.
  • Create detailed 3D models using BIM software based on project requirements, architectural drawings, and engineering specifications.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate Civil and MEP designs into comprehensive BIM models.
  • Generate accurate drawings, plans, sections, and schedules from BIM models for construction documentation and coordination purposes.
  • Participate in design reviews and coordination meetings to address design conflicts, optimize layouts, and ensure compliance with project standards and regulations.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • An Associate degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience working as a BIM Modeler/Designer, with a focus on Civil and MEP disciplines in construction projects.
  • Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and MEP-specific tools.
  • A strong understanding of construction principles, building codes, and MEP systems design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in BIM modeling and documentation.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve design conflicts efficiently.
