Urgent Trainer Opportunity in Islamabad, Pakistan

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer to deliver a 2-day in-house training program on "Essential Development for Growth and Effectiveness" in Islamabad for a leading international oil & gas company.

The participants (up to 30 professionals) are all university graduates with at least 7 years of experience in the upstream oil & gas sector. The training will cover both technical and non-technical staff, focusing on enhancing professional and interpersonal competencies that support organizational excellence.

Core training focus areas:

Effective communication & collaborative teamwork

Constructive problem-solving & structured decision-making

Influence without authority

Emotional intelligence in professional interactions

Managing conflict constructively

Trainer Requirements:

Proven experience delivering corporate workshops or leadership programs.

Strong facilitation skills with interactive methods (role-plays, group exercises, case studies).

Familiarity with the energy/oil & gas industry is an advantage.

Excellent command of English.

Tentative dates: Mid-November 2025
