Inceptial Technologies is seeking a
Social Media Manager & Paid Ads Expert
to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage high-impact campaigns for international clients, build strong brand presence across platforms, and drive measurable results through Google and Facebook ads.

Role: Social Media Manager & Paid Ads Expert (70k)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative social media strategies across
    Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter)
    .
  • Plan, launch, and optimize
    Google Ads and Facebook Ads
    campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Create engaging content calendars, ad creatives, and marketing copy aligned with client goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare detailed reports.
  • Conduct competitor and audience research to refine targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with design, SEO, and content teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in
    social media marketing and paid advertising
    .

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in
    social media management and paid ads campaigns
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Facebook Ads Manager
    .
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative mindset for content creation, audience engagement, and storytelling.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
