Role Description

The Assistant Manager – PPC will be responsible for monitoring production performance against plans, tracking work-in-progress across all stages, and ensuring smooth coordination between merchandising, sourcing, and production teams. The role involves preparing regular production reports, assisting in raw material and trims planning with procurement, and maintaining accurate ERP/MIS records for effective order execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration (Operations major preferred)
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Production Planning & Control, ideally in a garment export house or fashion retail brand
  • Strong knowledge of PPC techniques and factory operations
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP software
  • Ability to analyze reports and develop models/data sheets
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills (Plan vs. Actual, daily production updates)
  • Strong team collaboration skills with a disciplined follow-up approach
