Job Summary:

The Warehouse Incharge is responsible for managing daily warehouse activities, keeping inventory accurate, and ensuring safe handling and storage of goods. This role leads the warehouse team and works with other departments to make sure materials and products are received, stored, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.

· Keep accurate stock records and perform regular physical counts.

· Ensure all materials are stored in clean and safe conditions.

· Prepare and update warehouse policies and work procedures.

· Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.

· Maintain safety standards and make sure all staff follow safety rules.

· Optimize warehouse space for better efficiency.

· Prepare daily and monthly stock reports for management.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.

· –5 years of experience in warehouse management or similar role (pharma or medical device preferred).

· Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.

· Basic understanding of GMP, GSP, and ISO standards.

· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Computer skills in MS Office and ERP/Warehouse Management Systems.

Working Conditions:

· Full-time, on-site position at Kamion Pharma's manufacturing facility.

· Occasional overtime may be required to meet Operational needs.
