Job description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily packing operations and ensure timely completion of all orders.
  • Allocate tasks to packing staff and monitor their performance to maintain efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure packing materials are available and maintained in proper condition.
  • Implement and maintain packing standards to reduce errors, damages, and wastage.
  • Prepare and maintain reports (daily, weekly, monthly) using MS Excel.
  • Draft departmental documents, SOPs, and communication through MS Word.
  • Monitor inventory levels of packing supplies and coordinate with the procurement team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Coordinate with production, dispatch, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Identify process improvements and provide training to packing staff when required.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Intermediate with relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Word & Excel (mandatory).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prepare reports, charts, and analysis using Excel.
  • Knowledge of packing processes, inventory management, and safety protocols.
  • At least 02 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Location: Near (North Nazimadbad,Nazimabad, Liaquatbad)

Pay: Rs25, Rs35,000.00 per month
