Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mid-Level Flutter Developer located in Islamabad. The Mid-Level Flutter Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining highly scalable mobile applications using the Flutter framework. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, as well as troubleshooting and debugging to optimize performance. The developer will also be required to participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of development processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using
    Flutter

  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to bring wireframes and mockups to life.
  • Integrate APIs and third-party libraries into applications.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Debug, test, and optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with Flutter/Dart trends and emerging mobile development practices.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in mobile app development, with at least
    1+ year in Flutter
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    Dart
    programming language.
  • Experience with
    RESTful APIs
    , JSON, and third-party integrations.
  • Familiarity with state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX).
  • Understanding of mobile app architecture (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture).
  • Hands-on experience with Firebase or other backend services is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Git version control.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
