
Business Development Executive Solar Sales

Job description
Maspro is seeking ambitious and high-energy sales personnel to support the company's sales & marketing team.
You will work directly with the Business Development Manager and reach out to prospective clients.
The candidate hired for this position will help create identify and track sales leads, generate sales reporting, evaluate success, trends and failures of sales campaigns, assist with sales forecasting, strategies and tactics thus gaining valuable sales experience.
He should be well organized and be prepared to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence, focusing on the solar energy sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop and adapt strategic business plans, staying ahead of industry shifts and emerging opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing tailored solutions, and proactively supporting client retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and technical teams to align on strategies, ensuring seamless delivery of services that meet clients' needs.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and management, ensuring they are well-informed about project progress and new service offerings.
- Conduct regular client meetings, on-site visits, and follow-ups to deepen relationships and gather feedback on service improvement.
- Assist clients with after-sales support and follow up to ensure the effective implementation of solar solutions, addressing any concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about solar industry regulations, incentives, and technological advancements to offer clients up-to-date advice and solutions.
- Monitor and track performance metrics, including client satisfaction and project outcomes, to ensure targets are consistently met and exceeded.
- Gather and document customer feedback to guide improvements in products, services, and business approaches.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling solar solutions and services to existing clients, enhancing client value and company revenue.
