Position Overview:

Digital Marketing Specialist  will be accountable for sourcing the right product at the right time, in the right quantity, and at the right cost by effectively leading cross-functional sourcing teams across domains, including Hardware, Software, Cost & Availability, and the Pricing Desk.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive high-quality traffic and leads.
• Conduct keyword research using SEMrush and other tools to identify ranking opportunities and content gaps.
• Analyze website performance data to identify issues related to traffic, engagement, and conversions — and propose actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with web, content, and creative teams to optimize on-page SEO and landing page performance.
• Monitor and report on digital marketing metrics, including CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and keyword rankings.
• Manage SEO/SEM strategies to support brand visibility and lead generation across digital platforms.
• Stay updated on Google Ads, analytics, and SEO trends to ensure continuous improvement of campaign results.
• Support content optimization efforts for blogs, landing pages, and key web assets to align with SEO best practices.
• Assist in developing and testing new website features or content layouts to enhance user experience.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on Google Ads and SEO.
• Proficiency in SEMrush, Google Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4) is essential.
• Strong understanding of keyword strategy, ad optimization, and performance tracking.
• Experience identifying and fixing website performance gaps (UX, SEO, content relevance, or technical visibility).
• Knowledge of headless CMS or web content management systems (e.g., HubSpot, Bynder, or similar).
• Google Ads Certification preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a hybrid team environment.
