Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Quantity Surveyor. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost planning, cost management, and generating cost reports. Other responsibilities include ensuring financial efficiency in projects, analyzing costs, and liaising with project stakeholders to provide accurate cost-related advice.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Planning, and Cost Management
  • Strong experience in preparing and managing BOQ (Bills of Quantities)
  • Ability to produce detailed and accurate Cost Reports
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with construction and engineering project workflows
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Diploma in a related field
  • Experience with cost estimation software and tools is a plus.
