Job Opportunity – Quantity Surveyor

Location: Rawalpindi / Islamabad

Company: M&H Builders & Developers

M&H Builders & Developers, a leading construction and civil engineering firm, is seeking a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for project estimation, cost control, BOQs, and site-based verification of quantities for infrastructure and finishing works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and rate analyses.

  • Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and site inspections.

  • Verify contractors' bills, material consumption, and variations.

  • Assist in budgeting, cost planning, and tender documentation.

  • Monitor project costing, progress reports, and financial forecasts.

  • Coordinate with the site, procurement, and accounts teams.

Requirements:

  • DAE (Civil) / BSc (Civil Engineering) or equivalent qualification.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying (construction or contracting firm preferred).

  • Strong command of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.

  • Knowledge of rates, specifications, and project documentation.

  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
