Responsibilities:

1*. Insurance Claims Processing:*

  • Prepare and submit dental insurance claims accurately and promptly.
  • Follow up on outstanding claims to ensure timely reimbursement.

Verification and Eligibility:

  • Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for patients.
  • Obtain and update patient insurance information as necessary.

Billing and Coding:

  • Code and post dental procedures accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.

2*. Patient Billing:*

  • Generate patient statements and invoices.
  • Assist patients with billing inquiries and provide explanations as needed.

3. Payment Posting:

  • Record and reconcile payments received from insurance companies and patients.

4*. Documentation and Record-Keeping:*

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of patient billing information.
  • Keep abreast of changes in insurance regulations and billing procedures.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
