We are hiring a Lead Generation Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience with expertise in email marketing, strategy building, and in-depth knowledge of marketing tools and email harvesting techniques. As the Lead Generation Executive, you will play a critical role in driving our company's growth by generating high-quality leads through targeted email campaigns.

Full Time - Onsite

Location: Wapda Town, near Iqbal Avenue, Lahore

Salary Package: upto 100k PKR

Timings: 3PM to 12AM (Night Shift)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies, focusing on email marketing.
  • Manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including content creation, template design, and automation workflows.
  • Utilize marketing tools and software to optimize email campaigns and track key metrics.
  • Identify and gather potential leads through email harvesting techniques and build targeted email lists.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create personalized and engaging email content.
  • Optimize email deliverability and open rates through A/B testing, segmentation, and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, conversion rates, and lead quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends and industry regulations.
  • Align lead generation efforts with sales goals and provide qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Explore new lead generation channels, strategies, and tools to drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, with a focus on email marketing.
  • Expertise in developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing tools and software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with email harvesting techniques, data cleansing, and list building.
  • Strong understanding of email deliverability, segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization

Job Type: Full-time
