About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist with expertise in online lead generation, inbound marketing, and B2B marketing. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in email marketing, cold calling, and call handling. Familiarity with tools such as Mailchimp, SendGrid, Salesforce CMS, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lead411, Crunchbase, Seamless, ZoomInfo, RingCentral, and other similar platforms is highly desirable. This role requires the ability to generate high-quality leads, nurture relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of our software product-based company.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement online lead generation strategies using various channels and platforms, such as email marketing, social media, and inbound marketing.
  • Utilize tools like Mailchimp, SendGrid, and Salesforce CMS to manage email campaigns, create email newsletters, and monitor email performance.
  • Design and execute targeted email campaigns to engage prospects, generate leads, and drive conversions.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lead411, and other similar tools to identify potential leads and gather relevant contact information.
  • Conduct cold calls to prospects, handle incoming calls, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our software product.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns that align with lead generation objectives.
  • Build and manage an email list through effective email list building strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.
  • Utilize tools like Crunchbase, Seamless, ZoomInfo, and other similar platforms to gather industry insights, competitor data, and potential leads.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in lead generation to drive innovation and results.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities, progress, and results to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role, with expertise in online lead generation, inbound marketing, and B2B marketing.
  • Proficiency in using email marketing software, such as Mailchimp, SendGrid, or similar platforms, to manage email campaigns and create newsletters.
  • Strong skills in email strategy, email campaigning, and email management.
  • Experience with cold calling and call handling in a B2B environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce CMS, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lead411, Crunchbase, Seamless, ZoomInfo, RingCentral, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of mass email marketing and email list building techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage prospects and build relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Exposure to the software product industry and understanding of customer pain points is a plus.
