Location: Islamabad

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Golden Hawk Technologies is seeking a Tendering Executive to join our growing team in Islamabad. If you have 1–2 years of experience in tendering, compliance, and documentation—along with a degree in Engineering, BBA, or Supply Chain Management—this role is a great fit for you

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Tender Research & Submission

  2. Find and assess new tender opportunities in FM and transport services

  3. Review requirements, coordinate information from colleagues, and help prepare strong, competitive bids

  4. Track tender progress and outcomes, sharing insights with the team

  5. Compliance & Documentation Support

  6. Help account managers keep contracts and accounts compliant with regulations and client needs

  7. Prepare, update, and organize key policies, procedures, and compliance records
  8. Respond quickly to requests for compliance documents or evidence

Managing Accreditations & Certifications

  • Identify and manage trade accreditations and certifications (like ISO, SSIP, FORS, SafeContractor)
  • Handle renewals and keep records up to date
  • Coordinate with accreditation bodies and auditors as needed

Teamwork & Communication

  • Build strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners
  • Serve as the go-to person for compliance and accreditation queries
  • Staying Up to Date
  • Monitor changes in regulations and industry standards
  • Recommend improvements to processes and documentation

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in tendering or documentation roles
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and coordination skills
  • Familiarity with FM and transport-related tenders is a plus
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
