We are seeking a highly skilled
AI/ML Engineer
with expertise across traditional machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with state-of-the-art frameworks and tools, capable of building production-ready AI systems, and comfortable working across diverse domains from supervised ML models to generative AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Machine Learning & Deep Learning
  • Design, train, and optimize supervised and unsupervised ML models.
  • Implement advanced architectures including CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, Transformers, and boosting methods.
  • Evaluate and fine-tune models for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
  • NLP & Speech AI
  • Develop solutions for NER, OCR, sentiment and emotion detection, and PDF parsing.
  • Build and integrate TTS/STT solutions using Whisper, ElevenLabs, and related APIs.
  • Generative AI & Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Work with OpenAI, Claude, DeepSeek, , and TogetherAI to build intelligent applications.
  • Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), LangChain agents/tools/memory, and LLM-driven pipelines.
  • Explore multimodal AI and fine-tuning for domain-specific applications.
  • Build and deploy generative image models with Stable Diffusion (Auto1111, ComfyUI).
  • Computer Vision
  • Build and deploy object detection and image segmentation pipelines using YOLO and related frameworks.
  • Develop solutions for facial recognition, document/image analysis, and medical imaging.
  • Automation & No-Code AI
  • Integrate AI services with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, Hugging Face, and Streamlit.
  • Create low-code/no-code pipelines for rapid prototyping and deployment.
  • Utilize Replit, LangChain chains, and real-time APIs for scalable AI integration.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of supervised and unsupervised ML algorithms.
  • Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Practical expertise in CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, Transformers, and boosting methods (XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost).
  • Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, DeepSeek, TogetherAI) and open-source models ).
  • Familiarity with LangChain for building intelligent agents and RAG pipelines.
  • Experience with NLP tasks (NER, OCR, sentiment/emotion detection, summarization, TTS/STT).
  • Solid background in computer vision (YOLO, segmentation, recognition, medical imaging).
  • Exposure to Stable Diffusion pipelines (Auto1111, ComfyUI).
  • Knowledge of workflow automation (Zapier, n8n) and app frameworks (Streamlit, Replit).
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with knowledge of APIs and deployment best practices.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with distributed training and optimization on GPUs/TPUs.
  • Understanding of MLOps practices (CI/CD, model deployment, monitoring).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI deployment.
  • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.

Education & Background

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
  • Equivalent industry experience with a strong project/portfolio track record.
