Job Description

We are looking for friendly, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Cashiers and Order Takers.

Cashier

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system.
  • Handle cash, credit/debit payments, and provide correct change.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent service.
  • Follow company policies for refunds, exchanges, and discounts.

Order Taker

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and take food/beverage/order requests accurately.
  • Relay orders to the relevant department.
  • Answer customer questions about menu items and promotions.
  • Ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered on time.
  • Maintain a positive and welcoming demeanor.

Kitchen Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Food preparation: Wash, peel, chop, and cook ingredients according to directions from chefs. This can also include preparing simple items like salads or garnishes.
  • Sanitation and cleaning: Keep work areas, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitary. This includes washing dishes, sweeping and mopping floors, and ensuring all areas comply with food safety standards.
  • Inventory and stock management: Receive deliveries, organize and store food supplies, and check for expiration dates. You may also need to monitor stock levels, record waste, and report items that need replenishing.
  • General kitchen support: Assist chefs and cooks with various tasks, helping to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Organization: Organize and maintain the cleanliness and order of storage areas, utensils, and equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30, Rs35,000.00 per month
