Job Title: Order Taker – Fresh Juice Outlet

Location: Hussain Chowk, Gulberg-3, Lahore

Job Timings:

  • Shift 1: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Shift 2: 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM
  • (Candidates must be available for one of the above shifts)

Job Description:

We are looking for a polite, friendly, and customer-oriented Order Taker for our fresh juice outlet at Hussain Chowk, Gulberg. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customers efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and interact with customers in a polite and professional manner.
  • Take customer orders accurately through counter or phone.
  • Input orders into the POS system and coordinate with the preparation team.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding menu items, prices, and recommendations.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the counter area.
  • Manage order receipts, cash, and payment processing if required.
  • Assist with serving or packaging juices and shakes during busy hours.
  • Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: Matric or Intermediate preferred.
  • Basic computer or POS handling skills.
  • Fluent in Urdu (basic English communication is a plus).
  • Polite, well-groomed, and customer-focused personality.
  • Punctual and responsible with good teamwork skills.
