Job Overview

Independently design, execute, and deliver research projects for key accounts, ensuring high-quality insights and timely delivery with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Project Design & Planning

  • Review client briefs, clarify requirements, and develop research proposals.
  • Design sampling frameworks and coordinate project costs and timelines with the Project Management team.
  • Finalize proposals and questionnaires (English/Urdu) in coordination with clients.

Project Execution

  • Prepare fieldwork documents and conduct training/briefing sessions.
  • Monitor field execution, resolve queries, and ensure quality control and timelines are met.
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Analysis & Reporting

  • Develop analysis plans and finalize data files.
  • Prepare insightful reports and presentations based on findings.
  • Present results to clients and incorporate feedback.

Client Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Understand client business needs and respond to queries effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and seniors for complex client requirements.

Financial Coordination

  • Liaise with Finance for project initiation, invoicing, and timely payments.
  • Ensure proper project documentation and renewals.

Qualification / Capabilities

  • Post-graduate degree in Business Administration, preferably Marketing.
  • 1 or 2 years of experience in the research industry.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office with good business writing and presentation skills.
  • Basic commercial awareness (cost and time management).
  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of marketing research principles.
  • Willingness to travel across the country for briefings and fieldwork.
