We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant or dining area.

  • Present menus and provide detailed information on specials, menu items, and beverage options.

  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Serve food and drinks to guests on time.

  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

  • Clear and clean tables after guests have finished dining.

  • Assist with setting up and taking down dining areas for special events or banquets.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations.

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt service and quality food delivery.

  • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
