Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions through customized physical therapy programs and rehabilitation exercises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' physical conditions to diagnose issues related to movement, strength, posture, and function.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on diagnosis and medical history.
  • Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise programs, and use modern physiotherapy equipment.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Educate patients and their families about physical therapy techniques to improve recovery at home.
  • Collaborate with physicians, orthopedic specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
  • Ensure safety and hygiene standards are met within the physiotherapy area.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (DPT / BSPT).
  • Valid registration with Pakistan Physical Therapy Association (PPTA) or relevant authority.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred (fresh graduates may also apply).
  • Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with sports injuries or pediatric physiotherapy is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using physiotherapy equipment like TENS, ultrasound therapy, etc.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu.
