Job Summary

We are hiring an ERP consultant with a background in commerce to lead and manage ERP system implementations. The right candidate will have solid knowledge of business operations, especially in finance and accounting, and some experience handling ERP projects across different departments like HR, Sales, Procurement, and Inventory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the ERP system implementation to meet company goals.
  • Gather and document business needs related to accounts, payroll, inventory, and taxation.
  • Work with technical teams to ensure the ERP system fits the company's processes.
  • Coordinate with department leads to improve workflows using ERP tools.
  • Track project progress, manage deadlines, and handle any issues during implementation.
  • Train employees on how to use the system and prepare user guides and documentation.
  • Provide support after implementation and help resolve ERP-related problems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • B.Com / M.Com
     or a degree in finance, commerce, or business administration.
  • 2–3 years of experience working on ERP systems
  • Good understanding of financial operations such as budgeting, payroll, and reporting.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to map and improve business workflows.
  • Comfortable using 
    MS Excel
     and ERP or accounting software.
