About the Role

We are hiring sales agents to generate leads and set qualified meetings for our SEO and digital marketing services. As a Sales Agent, you will play a vital role in prospecting, warming up leads, and connecting potential clients with our Sales Closers to drive company growth.

This role is ideal for energetic individuals with B2B digital marketing sales experience (websites, SEO campaigns) who want to grow into high-earning sales roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential B2B clients via calls, emails, and networking.
  • Explain basic SEO and digital marketing services to generate interest.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales closers.
  • Consistently achieve daily/weekly lead generation and meeting targets.
  • Keep accurate records of leads, prospects, and follow-ups in CRM.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to maximize conversion opportunities.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (digital marketing preferred).
  • Strong understanding of B2B digital marketing (SEO campaigns & website solutions).
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and rapport-building skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.
