We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Amazon Virtual Assistant
to support our e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, optimizing product listings, handling PPC campaigns, and assisting in day-to-day operations to drive sales and account growth. This role requires strong organizational skills, familiarity with Amazon tools, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain
    Amazon Seller Central
    accounts, ensuring accurate and optimized product listings.
  • Create and update product titles, descriptions, keywords, bullet points, and images to improve visibility and conversions.
  • Monitor
    account health, performance metrics, and compliance
    with Amazon policies.
  • Assist in managing
    Amazon PPC campaigns
    , including keyword research, bid adjustments, and performance tracking.
  • Conduct product and competitor research to identify new opportunities and market trends.
  • Handle
    inventory management
    , order tracking, and replenishment planning.
  • Respond to customer queries, feedback, and reviews professionally and on time.
  • Generate performance reports for sales, expenses, campaigns, and account health.
  • Support the execution of promotional strategies, deals, and discounts.
  • Stay updated with the latest
    Amazon policies, marketplace trends, and tools
    to optimize operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 0-6 months of experience as an
    Amazon Virtual Assistant
    or in e-commerce account management.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Amazon Seller Central
    and its features.
  • Familiarity with
    Amazon PPC
    campaigns and optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in
    Excel/Google Sheets
    for reporting and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with third-party tools such as
    Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or SellerApp
    .
  • Knowledge of SEO and keyword research for Amazon listings.
  • Experience with other e-commerce platforms (Shopify, eBay, Walmart) is a plus.
