Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Virtual Assistant based in Lahore. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling appointments, conducting research, preparing and organizing documents, handling email correspondence, and providing general administrative support. The role also involves coordinating with various teams, managing social media accounts, and assisting with special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in managing calendars, scheduling, and administrative tasks
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with social media management and content creation
  • Ability to conduct research and prepare reports
  • Tech-savviness and proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
