Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dispatch Supervisor located in Karachi. The Dispatch Supervisor will oversee daily dispatch operations, ensure timely and accurate scheduling of deliveries, and manage a team of dispatchers. The role involves coordinating with drivers, adhering to DOT regulations, and providing excellent customer service. The Dispatch Supervisor will also be responsible for resolving any dispatch-related issues and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and experience in managing dispatch operations
  • Knowledge of Dispatching and DOT Regulations
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to handle scheduling and coordinate with drivers
  • Proficiency in resolving issues and maintaining operational efficiency
  • Experience in logistics or transportation industry is a plus
