Responsibilities

You will be responsible to collect mails from the designated department. Sort and distribute couriers and internal and external mails for the assigned areas. Maintain records of couriers in the computer system.

Specifically, you will be responsible to maintain front desk protocol which includes following responsibilities:

  • Maintain front desk protocol by providing contact information, directions and guide customer for courier service.
  • To distribute mails and couriers to various departments.
  • Entering, transcribing, recording and maintaining information in written and electronic form by entering in system.
  • Distribute UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages etc., and take proper acknowledgment from department /users.
  • Any other related task assigned by Supervisor
Requirements
  • Intermediate preferred
  • 2-3 years of administrative work experience, preferably related.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interact with customers in a courteous manner.
  • Good communication skills in Urdu and simple English.
  • Ability to ride motorcycle safely.
  • Ability to work with simple computer skills e.g. basic MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions of Supervisor.
  • Willing to perform shift duties
