Sr Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Design customized solar solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Explain financial options clearly, including incentives, tax credits, and financing programs.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals and contracts.
  • Close sales and ensure a smooth handover to the project.
  • Stay updated on solar products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and follow-up.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably Renewable Energy, Engineering, Sales, Marketing)
  • A-Levels with proven sales experience will also be considered.
  • Demonstrated success in sales, with a record of meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Knowledge of solar energy systems.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Preferred:
    Prior experience in solar sales.
