AIMVIZ is a leading IT company in Pakistan, specializing in digital solutions, animation, and software development. We are seeking a Front Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and drive sales on Upwork. If you have excellent communication skills, experience in bidding and client handling, and a passion for sales, this role is a perfect fit for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire potential leads through Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
  • Craft and submit persuasive proposals, ensuring timely follow-ups to convert leads into clients.
  • Engage with clients via calls and messages to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets of $3K – $7K.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and sales progress.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Upwork bidding, sales, or cold calling (preferred).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Upwork, CRM tools, and sales automation platforms.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: PKR 70K – 120K + commission.
