Position Overview

We're hiring a Performance Marketing & Video Content Specialist who can blend marketing strategy, digital advertising, and creative video storytelling.

This role requires someone who can drive leads, conversions, and brand visibility through smart campaigns and engaging real-estate video content.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Develop data-driven marketing strategies to generate qualified real-estate leads.
  • Track KPIs, prepare reports, and improve campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Work closely with the sales and creative team to align campaigns with property launches and promotions.

Video & Content Creation

  • Produce, edit, and optimize videos and reels for property showcases, project highlights, and social media ads.
  • Create compelling visuals and short-form content to enhance audience engagement.
  • Manage shoots (on-site property visuals, client testimonials, project updates).
  • Maintain brand consistency and ensure all media content reflects Al-Siraat Group's identity.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising (real estate experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and related tools.
  • Strong command of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut Pro).
  • Solid understanding of digital analytics and campaign reporting.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with real estate marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SEO, A/B testing, and retargeting strategies.
  • Familiarity with Capcut, Canva, Premier Pro, or motion graphics.
  • Understanding of Pakistani property market and buyer behavior (plus point).
